Born in Brooklyn and raised in Harlem, this 'Native New Yorker' has been in the spotlight since the '70's; both in the United States and abroad (Blue Chip Recording Inc., Stafford, UK, 1989). As an MC/DJ (a.k.a., 'Starchild'), his popularity grew with each live performance. He began singing in live bands while attending Skidmore College where he received a degree in both Business and Art.
